Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to support a portfolio of employee benefits clients. You will develop coverage strategies, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.

This role requires licenses and deep knowledge of benefits compliance. Ideal candidates will manage complex client needs, collaborate with sales, underwriting, and customer service, and ensure timely implementation and renewal

Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with accurate outcomes.
• Understanding of insurance concepts and laws related to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review benefit programs and discuss improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
• Analyze current programs and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to negotiate terms and services.
• Oversee implementation of new plans and ensure smooth transitions for employees.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related laws.
