Job summary

TK Elevator in Marietta, GA is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service and repair business across the assigned territory. You will manage relationships with Tier 1–3 customers, develop capital plans, prepare repair proposals, and support contract bids.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience in elevators or related industries, can read blueprints, and is proficient with CRM and estimating software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers within territory and building relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs.
• Prepares service contract bids and reviews blueprints as needed.
• Monitors contract status and ensures customer satisfaction; follows up on proposals.
