Job summary

Coleto Brands LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across our multi-site distribution network. The role travels ~20% to Braselton GA, Las Vegas NV, Greenville SC, and Solon OH, and serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership.

The incumbent will develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety programs, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of demonstrated experience in an EHS role, preferably in distribution or retail environments.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, OSHA, EPA, and industry best practices.
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims and regulatory compliance programs.
• Certifications such as CSP/ASP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead safety programs across multiple distribution facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Design and deliver safety training for new hires, monthly sessions, and specialized courses.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and emergency preparedness planning.
• Oversee workers' compensation coordination and safety committee activities.
