Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Multi-Site EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across two manufacturing sites. You will mentor EHS professionals, align strategies with plant leadership, and drive a proactive safety culture through coaching and training.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local requirements, conduct audits and investigations, and track EHS metrics to guide continuous improvement. Occasional travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across two manufacturing facilities.
• Mentor site EHS professionals and ensure consistency of programs and performance.
• Partner with plant leadership to implement EHS strategies aligned with business goals.
