Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at our Peachtree City, GA site to lead EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion safety initiatives. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with regional EHS teams on corporate initiatives, with travel as needed.

The role requires a strong EHS background in manufacturing, proven leadership, and the ability to drive corrective actions and training across the site while aligning with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting with regulatory interactions.
• 2+ years of EHS leadership experience; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance at locations.
• Ensure local safe-work policies are established and followed.
• Lead location managers in safe operating procedures.
• Develop procedures for regulatory incident reporting and investigation.
• Provide EHS technical support to investigation teams and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct EHS training and maintain regulatory compliance calendars.
• Lead EHS committees and manage regulatory reporting (OSHA 300, incidents).
• Collaborate to develop corrective action plans and improve EHS performance.
• Conduct annual location reviews and audits for EHS compliance.
• Represent local EHS on capital projects and reviews.
