Job summary

True Environmental seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practices. You will lead client relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and coordinate proposals to win new projects.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage key accounts, engage with clients at multiple levels, and ensure high-quality deliverables while promoting company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting or related industry.
• 10+ years in business development and leading client relationships.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development of projects and programs for EHS/Industrial Hygiene practices.
• Manage key accounts, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop proposals for potential new projects and programs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Senior VP and operations to align client goals with service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve project capture and revenue targets.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address service issues proactively.
