• Oversee strategic objectives and build infrastructure for Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
• Provide leadership, manage resources, and coordinate multiple operational functions and programs.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and process improvements across educational programs.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure program goals, timelines, and costs are met.
