Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field with management experience.
- Experience in program management, data management and related systems.
- Strong competencies in strategy, business acumen, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic objectives and build infrastructure for Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science programs.
- Lead and manage multiple operational functions (Admissions, Academic Affairs, Faculty Affairs, Student Affairs, Reporting & Analytics, Admin/Dean Support).
- Manage staffing, resources, budgets and process improvements; partner with leadership on strategic plans.
