Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a Contracts Manager to partner with divisional leadership, coordinate program goals, and manage patient and customer interactions. You will review contracts, negotiate terms, and support marketing and finance activities to align with program objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or healthcare, 5+ years in healthcare, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field required with 5+ years healthcare experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills are a priority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage institutional expectations, patient interactions, customer relations and business agreements.
• Develop contracts and vendor agreements; review and negotiate terms with involved parties.
• Create metrics and dashboards to monitor patient and customer experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop plans and materials for distribution to patients and clients.
• Partner with Finance to set fees and respond to billing and insurance questions.
• Some travel may be required.
