Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and five years of related administrative/education experience OR an Associate's degree with three years of related experience OR a Bachelor's degree with one year of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional correspondence, minutes, announcements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, phone systems and other job-specific technology; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes such as appointments, applications, interviews, scheduling, orientation and committee support.
• Serve as a resource and interpreter of department policies to guide staff and students.
• Train others on applicable technology systems and maintain learner/faculty data and reports.
• Understand accreditation requirements specific to the school and participate in related activities.
