Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes for education programs (appointments, applications, interviews, scheduling).
• Support pre- and post-matriculation activities, orientation, and committee work.
• Maintain learner/faculty data and prepare reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Interpret department policies and procedures and train others on applicable technology.
• Support on-site and remote education activities; assist with proctoring when needed.
