Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior leader to build and run a new-sales engine across five J-1 teacher brands, aligning go-to-market strategies, pricing, and partnerships with a distributed sales force supporting districts, networks, and schools.

You will own budgets, stand up sales operations and marketing alignment, shape HubSpot architecture, build a national partner network, ensure placement quality, and partner with AI initiatives to drive growth, reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership building new-business functions.
• Strong knowledge of the J-1 exchange-visitor program, sponsorship and compliance.
• Deep understanding of K-12 procurement across districts, charters, private schools.
• Experience building partner networks with state education departments, communities, recruiters.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps with scalable pipeline and automation in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Create five distinct go-to-market strategies for the five brands.
• Own the budget, headcount, tooling, and vendor spend with executive leadership.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM architecture.
• Lead marketing for J-1 programs and build a partner/referral engine.
• Build a durable, multi-brand new-sales motion across districts and networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Compliance.
