Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join the legal organization within a large Federal agency. The role focuses on client consultation, Relativity administration, workflow development, and production tasks to support eDiscovery across the EDRM.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in eDiscovery with a strong emphasis on client solutions, robust communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery services across all EDRM stages.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and resources to progress work.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
• Participate in kickoff calls and document workflows and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction.
• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery and industry tools.
