Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support a Federal agency within the legal organization. You will lead client consultations, manage Relativity workflows, and oversee production reviews and data processing tasks to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

The role requires several years of eDiscovery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced government contracting environment with ongoing

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years on major lit support projects
• 2 years with Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both technical teams and business leaders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience with eDiscovery services across EDRM (File to Trial)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred)
• BS/BA degree or equivalent (JD highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs
• Create fields, choices, layouts and views in Relativity
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and resources to progress work
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy of instructions and final work product
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources
• Participate in kick-off calls and document workflows and project closure tasks
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery and market tools
