Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. The role involves managing eDiscovery projects, developing Relativity workflows, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling data processing, review, and production tasks, while maintaining schedules and ensuring quality across the lifecycle of eDiscovery projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
• Experience with Government software policies and procedures
• Federal agency security clearance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
• Develop and implement workflows and tools for data processing, review, and production
• Submit work orders for tasks related to data processing and production
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of job instructions and final work product
• Communicate scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources
• Participate in kickoff calls, document workflows, and assist with project closure tasks
