Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. This role requires coordinating client requests, managing Relativity workflows, and ensuring accuracy across processing, review, and production.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with eDiscovery teams and business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery services across EDRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and tools for project progression.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules across departments.
• Participate in kick-off calls and project closure tasks, including billing and data destruction.
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery and market competitors.
