Job summary

CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support a Federal agency's legal organization in a full-time role. The candidate will drive client engagements, configure Relativity environments, and oversee end-to-end eDiscovery workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery services covering EDRM (File to Trial).
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for all eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop and implement workflows and resources to progress work through the system.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review and production tasks.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
• Participate in kick-off calls and document workflows, standards, and closure tasks.
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery landscape and tools.
