Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support a large Federal agency’s legal organization in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes managing client expectations, coordinating Relativity workflows, and delivering accurate, timely eDiscovery services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, craft work orders, monitor schedules, and ensure quality while navigating fast-paced government contracting environments and security-clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressively more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery teams and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial) across realms of eDiscovery.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred).
• BS/BA or equivalent; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts and views in Relativity; batch creation for review; production sweeps and sets.
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and resources for progression through systems.
• Initiate tasks by crafting work orders for data processing, review and production.
• Conduct quality checks of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules considering task dependencies and resources.
