Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our legal team supporting a large Federal agency. The role focuses on client consultation, Relativity workflows, and end-to-end eDiscovery operations within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead project scheduling, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure quality across data processing, review, and production tasks while maintaining knowledge of eDiscovery tools and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and resources for project progression.
• Initiate work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules considering activity sequences and resources.
• Participate in kickoff, documentation of workflows, and project closure tasks.
• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery landscape and supporting tools.
