Job summary

CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency. You will respond to client requests, build and manage Relativity workflows, and coordinate production and review tasks.

The role requires strong communication with technical teams and business leaders, and comfort working in a fast-paced federal environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery with focus on client solutions, 2+ years in Relativity beyond basic

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3 years progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity; batch records for review.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity; manage workflows.
• Draft work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Perform quality checks on instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders; establish project schedules.
• Participate in kickoff calls and document workflows and project closure tasks.
