Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency. You will lead eDiscovery projects, coordinate with clients, and oversee workflows in Relativity.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and quality checks, with eligibility for U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance. A BS/BA is preferred, with JD preferred for legal expertise.

Qualifications

• Five years in eDiscovery or litigation support with client solutions.
• Three years on major lit support projects with progressive responsibility.
• Two years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical teams and business leaders.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity and batches for review.
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and tools for data processing, review, and production.
• Initiate work orders and ensure quality checks on instructions and final products.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders and establish project schedules.
• Participate in kickoff calls and document workflows, standards, and closure tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of e-discovery practices and industry tools.
