Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency with electronic discovery initiatives. You will use your legal experience to provide Relativity-based technical support and contribute to strategic litigation matters.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in eDiscovery services on large, complex cases.
Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
Demonstrated ability to generate PowerShell scripts for workflows.
Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning in Relativity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related tech.
Must be a United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and coordinate with clients and counsel.
Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specs; notify attorneys of deficiencies.
Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and manage Active Learning projects.
Create and troubleshoot Case Map/Text Map databases and related tooling.
Provide input on technology options to address discovery needs.
Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technology and processes.
