Qualifications

• Experience building and managing software or tech partner ecosystems.
• Ability to define partnership scopes, integrations, and commercial terms.
• Strong communication with executives, legal, product, and GTM teams.
• Experience with CAD/engineering software ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities aligned with SOLIDWORKS strategy.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of partners and track engagement.
• Conduct market analysis to spot tech trends and ecosystem opportunities.
• Define priorities, engagement plans, and long-term collaboration strategies.
• Build relationships with software vendors and technology providers.
• Manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Coordinate meetings, webinars, and community activities with partners.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Support contract discussions, MoUs, royalties, and agreements.
• Contribute to evolving partnership programs and governance.
• Represent SOLIDWORKS at events and joint GTM initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance, revenue opportunities, adoption, and impact.
• Track KPIs and maintain partner docs and systems.
