Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships across Teamcenter, Polarion, and Capital. You will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of technology partners, coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts and royalties, and drive a clear partnership strategy with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software or PLM, a strong business mindset, and the ability to influence across global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in software development or product management, PLM/ALM/System Engineering preferred.
University degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple teams and priorities.
Strong stakeholder partnership and data-driven decision making.
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business contact for a portfolio of technology and software partners.
Liaise with Legal for contract development and updates.
Monitor royalties with Finance and communicate partnership strategy.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering on interoperability, APIs, roadmaps, and partner value.
Lead partners from onboarding through growth and performance management.
Support analyses for business cases, negotiations, and strategic recommendations.
Contribute to regional sales feedback on product performance and customer experience.
