Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Early College programs including SMART Camp, Running Start, and Dual Credit initiatives.
• Promote partnerships with regional high school districts and college departments.
• Develop and track Pathways including dual credit and articulated credits.
• Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with policy and FERPA requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, registration, orientation, and retention of program participants.
