Responsibilities

• Lead outreach to prospective students across Illinois and targeted cities.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies and events to attract adult learners.
• Assist prospective students and parents through the enrollment process.
• Track admissions funnel and provide regular recruitment reports.
• Coordinate campus visits, presentations, and community partnerships.
• Work evenings and weekends and maintain FERPA compliance.
