Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Experience delivering information to a diverse population in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and databases; able to create standard documents/reports.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and valid driver's license; travel within territory.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized visits to high school students interested in Early College Programs.
• Conduct Early Credit Intake meetings about requirements, transferability, and pathways.
• Maintain contact with students, families, and high school counselors.
• Collaborate with Academic Advising and K-12 Partnerships to guide course selections.
• Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and events for students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and course enrollments.
• Meet with students 1–2 times per semester for check-ins.
• Represent Early College Programs at Open Houses and information sessions.
