• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Coordinate financial aid communications with campus partners using Colleague, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Develop and evaluate outreach campaigns to increase awareness and completion of the financial aid process.
• Proactively communicate deadlines, eligibility, and resources to prospective and current students.
• Monitor and analyze outreach effectiveness using CRM dashboards and data.
