Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. This role will coordinate communications planning, training coordination, and program promotion across Customer's workforce.

The position requires a clinical license and 5+ years of clinical experience, plus 3+ years of virtual presentation and 3-5 years of content development.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure current (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.) required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of virtual presentation experience.
• 3-5 years of writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training/Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
• Assist with training coordination, scheduling, registration management and webinar support.
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and content.
• Provide consultation on program awareness, utilization and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams on planning and outreach.
• Serve as a central contact for training and communication requests.
