Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support the Employee Assistance Program for a national plan sponsor. The role focuses on communications planning, training coordination, program promotion and engagement activities for the workforce.
The ideal candidate has a clinical license, 5+ years of clinical experience, strong presentation and content development skills, and proficiency with WebEx, Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Licensed clinical professional with current credentials.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
- At least 3+ years of virtual presentation experience.
- 3–5 years of clinical content development experience.
- Experience with WebEx Training or Events administration.
- Strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
- Support development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
- Assist with training scheduling, webinars, and related communications.
- Develop and revise training materials and content.
- Provide consultation on awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with benefits and communications teams for planning and outreach.
- Serve as a centralized contact for training and project coordination.
