Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support a national plan sponsor and promote Employee Assistance Program initiatives. The role focuses on communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities for the Customer workforce.

Ideal candidates have a clinical background with licensure and at least 5 years of clinical experience, plus 3+ years of virtual presentation experience and 3–5 years of content development.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained and relevant licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in related field.
• At least 3 years of presentation experience (virtual).
• 3–5 years of writing and clinical content development.
• Familiarity with WebEx Training/Events administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications and materials.
• Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and webinar support.
• Develop and revise training materials and content for communications.
• Provide consultation on awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams to support planning.
