Qualifications

• Clinical license current (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience

• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications and awareness campaigns
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration, and webinars
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with benefits and communications teams on planning and outreach
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training requests and project coordination
