Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. You will serve as a consistent point of contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities supporting Customer's workforce.

This full-time role requires licensure and 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong presentation and content development skills and familiarity with WebEx,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Supporting development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration, webinars, and training communications.
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and content.
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with benefits, communications, and other teams to support planning and outreach.
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication requests.

Skills
