Maven Robotics is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with and provide high‑level support to our CEO, with potential growth to supporting the CFO. You will be a trusted strategic partner who brings energy, exceptional organization, and a passion for making things run better.

The role is highly visible in a fast-moving startup, requiring proactive problem solving, structure-building, and the ability to wear multiple hats across executive support, special projects, and office operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with senior-level exposure, preferably in tech.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and improve operations for busy executives.
• Strong communication, discretion, and organization in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to the CEO, prioritizing high-impact work.
• Own complex calendars and inbox management, scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, and logistics while preventing blockers.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees, candidates, investors, partners, and stakeholders with confidentiality.
• Develop and optimize workflows to increase efficiency in executive and day-to-day operations.
• Support office management, vendors, supplies, meals, visitors, and daily operations.
• Lead special projects and operational needs, bringing structure and practical solutions.
