Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executives.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience in technology, hardware, or consumer electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Roku's Devices leadership, optimizing their time and enabling high-impact decision-making.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.
• Prioritize competing demands with sound judgment to keep executives focused on top priorities.
• Track and drive key action items and follow-ups for high-priority initiatives.
• Support leadership meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
