• Act as strategic partner to Devices leadership to optimize time.
• Manage calendars, travel, and meeting logistics across time zones.
• Prioritize demands and protect executives' focus.
• Track action items and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and manage follow-ups.
• Liaise between executives, direct reports, and external partners.
• Plan leadership off-sites and key meetings for stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Create purchase orders and review invoices as needed.
• Provide backup coverage for various admin functions.
