Job summary

Roku is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join the Global Brand and Creative Studio, supporting the Roku Advertising organization. You will manage day-to-day creative projects across design, video, motion, events, and sales materials, using AI tools to improve efficiency while upholding design quality and brand alignment.

The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and the ability to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, creative operations, or related roles.
• Experience with integrated marketing, AI, or creative development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue-driving creative projects from intake to launch.
• Build timelines, milestones, and workback plans for materials.
• Clarify scope with cross-functional teams and align on priorities.
• Balance planned work with opportunities; communicate timing and tradeoffs.
• Provide assets, feedback, and decisions to creatives and partners.
• Coordinate costs and external partner commitments; drive efficiencies.
• Support high-visibility moments (NewFronts, Cannes Lions, etc.).
• Use AI tools for progress tracking, summaries, and reporting.
• Leverage AI to create cost savings and efficiencies.
