Job summary

Roku is seeking a Creative Project Manager for the Global Brand and Creative Studio with dedicated support for the Roku Advertising organization. You will manage day-to-day execution of creative projects across design, video, animation, motion graphics, events, executive presentations, and sales materials, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, integrated production, or related roles.
• Experience supporting an in-house creative team, advertising organization, agency, or tech brand.
• Strong understanding of creative development, production workflows, reviews, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline project management and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue-supporting creative projects end-to-end, from intake through delivery and launch.
• Build and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and milestone plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, inputs, and priorities.
• Balance planned work with urgent opportunities and communicate timing clearly.
• Provide assets, feedback, and decisions to the creative team and partners.
• Manage internal and external resourcing to streamline costs.
• Maintain records of project costs, approvals, and commitments.
• Coordinate high-visibility Roku Advertising moments and events.
• Use AI tools for status tracking, meeting summaries, and reporting.
• Leverage AI to create cost savings and efficiencies.
• Uphold high design quality and brand alignment.
