Job summary

Peaksware seeks an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead Alfred Music’s digital channels, primarily Amazon and Shopify. You’ll shape the ecommerce strategy, optimize conversions, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to grow revenue.

You will manage merchandising, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics, with a strong bias toward scalable, data-driven improvements across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce or digital commerce
• Experience generating $1M+ annual revenue
• Hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify
• Strategy across merchandising, pricing, promotions, SEO, analytics

Responsibilities

• Own Alfred Music ecommerce strategy across DTC, Amazon, Shopify
• Lead site merchandising, catalog content, navigation, search, pricing
• Improve conversion, acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Manage ecommerce SEO and product discoverability
• Oversee Amazon and Shopify operations, listings, promotions, promotions
• Analyze performance, user behavior, and channel data
• Coordinate with agencies and contractors to scale internal operations
• Identify new tools and processes to boost performance
