Job summary

Peaksware, home to Alfred Music, seeks a Senior E‑Commerce Manager to own and grow Alfred Music’s digital commerce, focusing on Amazon and Shopify. You will develop strategies to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and optimize product visibility while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role demands a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep experience in ecommerce channels, analytics, and lifecycle marketing to build a scalable operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Experience growing $1M+ annual revenue ecommerce business; larger scale preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify management.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy across DTC, Amazon, Shopify and other channels.
• Lead site merchandising, catalog content, navigation, pricing and promotions.
• Improve conversion, acquisition, engagement, retention strategies.
• Oversee SEO and product discoverability across channels.
• Manage email and lifecycle marketing with internal and external partners.
• Lead Amazon/Shopify operations, listings, promotions and growth.
• Analyze performance data to drive business decisions.
• Coordinate with agencies and contractors to support ecommerce roadmap.
• Identify new tools and processes to boost performance.
