Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Experience managing an ecommerce business generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
• Hands-on with Amazon and Shopify growth.
• Strong ability to translate ecommerce strategy into measurable results.
• Experience managing external agencies, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, and marketplaces.
• Lead site merchandising and online customer experience.
• Improve conversion, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee SEO and product discoverability across channels.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute the ecommerce roadmap.
• Analyze performance and guide business decisions.
