Job summary

Peaksware seeks a Senior E‑Commerce Manager to own Alfred Music’s digital channels, focusing on Amazon and Shopify. You’ll develop strategies to grow revenue, improve customer experience, and optimize product visibility. The role requires deep hands‑on ecommerce experience and a track record of turning strategy into measurable results.

You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and contractors to scale a sustainable ecommerce operation and drive marketplace performance to new highs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce/digital commerce or related field.
• Experience managing $1M+ annual revenue ecommerce business.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon and Shopify.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Alfred Music’s ecommerce strategy across DTC, Amazon, Shopify.
• Lead site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and online experience.
• Improve conversion, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee SEO, listings, and marketplace growth across channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to implement roadmap.
