Job summary

Reed Smith LLP in Chicago seeks an E-Billing Specialist responsible for client e-billing and account maintenance. You will ensure timely submission, proof invoices, and generate monthly e-billing reports while coordinating with assigned attorneys and Executive Assistants.

You will master e-billing systems (e.g., Tymetrix360, Passport, CounselLink), work with AP/Chrome River, and support special projects as needed. Strong Excel and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior experience with e-billing or other accounting function preferred.
• Experience with Elite/3E, BillBlast and other e-billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• E-Bill invoices monthly for assigned clients and ensures successful submission and resolution of rejections.
• Proof electronic invoices for accuracy.
• Generate monthly e-billing reports.
