Job summary

Ambient Enterprises seeks an Enterprise Systems Adoption Specialist to drive post-rollout adoption and business optimization across our units. You will partner with business leaders to unlock the full potential of our Microsoft platform, leveraging Dynamics, Field Service, and Business Central to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

The role requires substantial travel across the United States to work on-site with leaders and teams, translating operational needs into system

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business management and/or change management.
Background in HVAC, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and/or Business Central with an understanding of their integration.

Responsibilities

Consult with business leaders across sales, service, and accounting to optimize workflows using Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and Business Central.
Surface actionable insights from platform data to improve day-to-day decisions.
Drive adoption of integrated project tracking to improve forecasting and proactive customer communication.
