Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Trainer to lead training and functional support across multiple business units. The role focuses on ensuring sales, service dispatch, and admin teams are proficient in Dynamics CRM and Field Service, with testing duties before deployment.

This position requires travel across the United States to deliver in-person and remote sessions, develop materials, and support users from onboarding onward.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Field Service or similar platforms.
• Strong background in developing training materials including manuals, quick reference guides and workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to simplify complex system functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch and admin teams on Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, remote and on-site.
• Develop and maintain training materials, tutorials, and workshops tailored to roles.
• Provide post go-live support and assist users with navigation and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency from day one.
• Collaborate with IT, PMs and business leaders to align training with deployment schedules and gather feedback.
• Assist with functional testing of new features and updates, providing usability feedback.
