Job summary

Ambient Enterprises seeks an experienced Enterprise Systems Adoption Specialist to drive post-rollout user adoption and business optimization across our business units. This role partners with business leaders to unlock value from our Microsoft platform, including Dynamics, Field Service, and Business Central.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business management and/or change management.
• Background in HVAC, construction, or related industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and/or Business Central integrations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to optimize workflows using Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and Business Central.
• Surface actionable insights from data to improve day-to-day decisions.
• Drive adoption of integrated project tracking to improve forecasting and communication.
• Bridge between business units and IT, translating needs into system usage strategies.
• Identify underutilized features and integrate them into workflows.
• Develop reference materials and best-practice documentation for teams.
• Travel extensively across the United States (~50% of the time) for on-site consulting.

Job Description

Role: Enterprise Systems Adoption Specialist Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced business consultant to drive post-rollout user adoption and business optimization across our business units. This role goes beyond system support - it's about partnering with business leaders and their teams to unlock the full potential of our integrated Microsoft platform. By leveraging Dynamics, Field Service, and Business Central together, this person will help leaders make smarter decisions, streamline operations, and deliver a better experience to customers. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to work on-site with business leaders and their teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders across sales, service, and accounting to identify opportunities to optimize their workflows using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and Business Central.
• Help teams leverage customer, manufacturer, and sales data within the platform to surface actionable insights and improve day-to-day decision-making.
• Drive adoption of integrated project tracking capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy and enable proactive customer communication and updates.
• Guide leaders in utilizing built-in business intelligence across the integrated platform - connecting CRM data with Field Service operations and Business Central financials to create a unified view of the business.
• Act as a bridge between business units and IT, translating operational needs into system utilization strategies and advocating for process improvements.
• Identify underutilized features and work directly with teams to incorporate them into their workflows in meaningful ways.
• Develop and maintain practical reference materials, process guides, and best-practice documentation tailored to each team's role and function.
• Travel extensively within the United States (~50% of the time) to deliver in-person consulting and adoption support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business management and/or change management.
• Preferably with a background in HVAC, construction, or a related industry.
• Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, and/or Business Central with a strong understanding of how these platforms integrate.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Estimated Compensation

$90,000-$115,000/yr with flexibility based on experience and skills.
