Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced trainer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service to lead training and support across multiple business units nationwide. You will ensure teams are proficient in CRM usage, create engaging materials, and participate in testing new features before deployment.

The role requires extensive travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions and to help onboard and upskill staff during go-lives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in developing training materials, manuals, guides, and workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex system functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remote and on-site.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and workshops.
• Provide ongoing post go-live support, assisting users with navigation and troubleshooting.
• Assist onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency from day one.
• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and leaders to align training with deployment schedules.
• Assist with functional testing of new features and updates, providing usability feedback.
