Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a senior procurement professional to join its Supply Chain team in the United States. You will lead supplier negotiations, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR, and collaborate across functions to meet program milestones.

You will review SOWs, develop PIAs/NDAs, manage proposals, qualify suppliers, and perform cost/price analyses to support sourcing decisions. Post-award oversight and senior leadership collaboration are also key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years in DoD procurement/subcontract compliance.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and export controls; U.S. Person status or export authorization eligibility.
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations, SOW reviews, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, company terms, and export/import regulations.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs and NDAs; manage proposals and quotations.
• Identify and qualify suppliers; conduct due diligence and seek alternate sources.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analyses; support sourcing decisions.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance; drive supplier engagement to milestones.
• Collaborate with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.
