Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage the non-energetic scope of our procurement teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective supplier engagement. You will define scope, requirements, and statements of work with stakeholders and guide the team through negotiations and performance management.

Ideal candidates bring extensive procurement experience, knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and a track record of building high-performing teams while supporting recruitment and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' procurement/contracting experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR regulations and supplier management.
• Proven ability to manage procurement activities, PO compliance, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-energetic scope of procurement teams and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure team knowledge and skills for purchasing tasks and compliance with regulations.
• Define scope of supply, purchasing requirements, and statements of work with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement processes and approval flow before PO release.
• Lead supplier negotiations, performance management, and on-site supplier evaluations.
