Job summary

Qualifications

• DoD procurement experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar threshold.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFIs, RFPs, subcontracts, and POs.
• Place medium-complexity purchase orders per FAR/DFARS and compliance requirements.
• Perform price and cost analysis to support proposals and placements.
• Develop procurement strategies for cost-effective acquisition of goods/services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for favorable terms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts/quality standards.
• Maintain POs and procurement records; mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure adherence to RTX procurement policies and continuously improve processes.
